Dialpad is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development of integration strategies that elevate our AI-driven products. As a key member of our Product Management team, you will be responsible for driving the vision and execution of integration initiatives that enhance our suite of products, including the AI Contact Center and AI Sales solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop deep product knowledge and expertise in Dialpad's core products and integrations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize integration requirements and timelines
  • Create and manage a comprehensive integration roadmap, coordinating release schedules across multiple teams
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and assess integration needs, translating insights into actionable plans
  • Identify gaps in existing integration frameworks and develop solutions to enhance product functionality and user experience
  • Implement metrics and KPIs to measure the performance of integrations, defining success and improvement strategies based on data analysis and customer feedback
  • Lead the planning, execution, and launch of new integrations, ensuring all cross-functional teams are informed, aligned, and supportive throughout the process
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager with 5+ years in product management, with a focus on integrations preferred
  • Strong understanding of APIs, third-party integrations, and software development lifecycle
  • Experience in B2B environments, ideally within CCaaS, UCaaS, or CRM spaces
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a knack for leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
