Job DescriptionThe Financial Reporting Specialist will be responsible for preparing and processing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements. You will also assist in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings and perform reconciliations as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are accurately recorded.
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices to customers.
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with senior accountants to complete financial reporting projects.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- An analytical mind with attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
