Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized HR Clerk to join our team at Firma de Reclutamiento en PR. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Associate or Bachelor degree completed in a relevant field.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar position, preferably in an HR or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Responsibility for receiving and handling correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Perform general office tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Availability to work overtime if required to meet business needs.
