*** Our Client, a Boutique Tax Law Firm is hiring a Tax Lawyer Consultant for the consulting division.
This position will be reporting directly to partners and will be involved in complex tax issues.
Salary:  Commensurate with candidate experience plus excellent fringe benefits.
Responsibilities: Navigate the complex tax codes at federal, state, and local levels Advocate on behalf the company with tax agencies Handle disputes related to tax obligations Handle tax consulting in commercial and corporate transactions Advise on the financial or tax implications of business mergers, sales, and acquisitions Provide guidance on commercial real estate purchases or other asset purchases that may affect a company's taxes Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field  Juris Doctor CPA a plus 5+ years of relevant experience Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) ***El Comeback is a non-profit program from ConPRmetidos that attracts and retains professional talent for Puerto Rico-based jobs.
