Admissions Director Job Summary

Hc&N Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Admissions Director to lead our admissions team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving new admissions and developing strong relationships with hospitals and referral sources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective admissions strategies to drive census growth and premium mix enhancement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, families, and referral sources
  • Ensure timely and accurate clinical and financial approval processes
  • Coordinate admissions and bed management with appropriate departments and staff
  • Monitor and analyze admissions data to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • 1 year experience in admissions in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
  • Knowledge of reimbursement programs from payer sources
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • RN/LPN preferred but not required
What We Offer:

$90,000 per year salary and a dynamic work environment
