Job Title: Legal Recruiter

About the Role:
Kent Daniels & Associates, part of Array Corporation, is seeking a skilled Legal Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Legal Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates to law firm clients. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to craft compelling candidate presentations, schedule interviews, and negotiate offers. You will also maintain accurate HRIS/ATS databases, conduct reference and background checks, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and screening candidates
Presenting candidates to law firm clients
Negotiating offers and bill rates
Maintaining accurate HRIS/ATS databases
Conducting reference and background checks
Ensuring compliance with regulations

Requirements:
Strong knowledge of legal terminology
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Keen attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
