MRI Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technician to join our team at Brigham And Women'S Faulkner Hospital - Mn. As an MRI Technician, you will be responsible for administering magnetic resonance imaging to diagnose medical problems in patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture images on MRI scanners to help diagnose patients
• Follow up on physician orders and assess images to determine if more images are needed
• Work closely with patients to ensure they are prepared and comfortable before and during procedures
• Take patient medical histories and answer questions
• Position patients for scanning and keep medical records

Requirements

• Evidence of current AHA BLS credential
• One year of current MRI tech experience
• Graduate of an accredited program for MRI tech/certificate programs/Associate's programs Clinical Internship
