Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using AutomationAnywhere and Microsoft Power Platform platforms. Key duties include evaluating processes for automation opportunities, identifying functional requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams, conceptualizing and developing process automation applications, and providing maintenance and support for implemented solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Evaluate processes to identify opportunities for automation and determine the impact of proposed solutions based on cost savings, time reductions, and required resources.
2. Identify and document functional requirements in support of process automation in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
3. Conceptualize and develop process automation applications using AutomationAnywhere and Microsoft Power Platform platforms.
4. Design, coordinate, conduct, and document results of solution validation tests.
5. Develop technical documentation of created solutions and provide user training.
6. Provide maintenance and support for implemented automation solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience developing bots using AutomationAnywhere and proficiency in project management tools.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Natural curiosity and divergent thinking to identify multiple good solutions for a single problem.
• Ability to articulate code requirements to professional developers.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish, both oral and written.
• Experience with Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Power Platform.

Estimated Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
