Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist licensed independent providers (LIPs) with patient care, including vital signs, medication reconciliation, and laboratory testing.
  • Participate in team-based care and patient education initiatives to support patient health and wellness.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care and efficient clinical operations.
  • Perform routine tests, including electrocardiograms, vision and hearing screening, and specimen collection.
  • Document patient information accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record (EHR).
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or associate's degree preferred.
  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant certificate program preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare preferred.
