As a Change Management Strategist, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless implementation of capital construction projects. Your expertise in change management will help identify potential risks and develop effective strategies to mitigate them.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans to support capital construction projects.
- Collaborate with project teams, site leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Conduct stakeholder analyses and develop targeted engagement plans to address resistance and foster adoption.
- Design and deliver clear communication plans to keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure stakeholders are prepared for new processes, systems, and facilities.
- Provide ongoing support to end-users during and after project implementation.
- Identify and assess the impact of changes on stakeholders, processes, and systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Life Sciences.
- At least five years of experience in Change Management activities within the Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices Industry.
- Bilingual: Spanish and English.
- Excellent Communication skills and Positive attitude.
