Capital Projects Support

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Transition Manager to support our Capital Projects area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Change Management and excellent communication skills.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support project success.
  2. Collaborate with project teams, site leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  3. Conduct stakeholder analyses and develop engagement plans to address resistance and foster adoption.
  4. Design and deliver clear, consistent, and targeted communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Provide ongoing support to end-users during and after project implementation.
  6. Identify potential risks related to change adoption and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Life Sciences.
  • At least five years of experience in Change Management activities within the Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices Industry.
  • Bilingual: Spanish and English.
  • Excellent Communication skills and Positive attitude.
