Project Transition Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Change Implementation Specialist to join our team at Flexible & Integrated Technical Services, LLC. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the implementation of capital construction projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to support project success.
• Collaborate with project teams, site leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses and develop engagement plans to address resistance and foster adoption.
• Design and deliver clear, consistent, and targeted communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide ongoing support to end-users during and after project implementation.
• Identify potential risks related to change adoption and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Life Sciences.
• At least five years of experience in Change Management activities within the Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices Industry.
• Bilingual: Spanish and English.
• Excellent Communication skills and Positive attitude.
