Job Overview: Our organization is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Record-Keeping: Inspect account books and accounting systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Compliance: Examine records and interview workers to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  3. Financial Reporting: Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
  4. Account Reconciliation: Review accounts for discrepancies and reconcile differences.
  5. Chart of Accounts: Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration in Finance or Accounting.
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a position with related duties in this area.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, QuickBooks and/or other accounting software skills.
