**Job Summary:**

TSC Construction LLC is seeking a highly skilled Wireless Construction Manager to provide industry-leading field support to our Construction Management Teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all crews and crew members are efficiently, effectively, and safely performing work in accordance with our industry's standards.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee assigned company and customer projects to meet company/customer goals.
  • Provide oversight to crews during construction on all assigned construction projects in the field.
  • Ensure safety compliance is a top priority and conduct on-site safety audits.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company construction standards, processes, and procedures.
  • Provide a positive work environment for all employees, customers, and contractors.
  • Actively participate in the development of new ideas and processes.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Must be knowledgeable on telecommunication site builds.

**Physical Requirements:**

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Prolonged periods of driving time.
  • Must be able to lift 40 pounds at times.
