Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and negotiating fund documentation
- Manage fund raises from launch to close
- Ensure compliance with Investment Advisers Act and other federal securities laws
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in complex credit fund formation and insurance solutions
