About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Nextep. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with business owners and leaders, making sales calls, and working with our internal teams to qualify prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
  • Make sales calls and presentations to decision-makers
  • Work with our internal teams to qualify prospects and move them through the sales process
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
