About the Role:

The Corporate Communications Officer is responsible for creating and implementing effective communication strategies to align the organization's goals with employees' needs. This role involves developing and delivering clear and well-written content in Spanish and English to enhance the Corporation's internal and external communications capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communications plans to support the Corporate Strategic Plan.
  • Create and implement public relations initiatives to promote the Corporation's image and reputation.
  • Write and edit engaging content for various channels, including press releases, social media, and internal communications.
  • Manage media relations to maximize positive news coverage and promote awareness of the Corporation's products and services.
  • Monitor media, government, and business trends to identify potential issues affecting the Corporation's reputation.
  • Collaborate with the Communications and Marketing teams to develop and implement communications strategies.
  • Manage assigned budget and establish measurable objectives to ensure effective communications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Communications or public relations.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
