Job Summary

Prime Janitorial Service is seeking an experienced Staffing Coordinator to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment, a strong understanding of human resources principles, and excellent communication skills.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Recruit and select top talent to fill job openings across various departments
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and employees
  • Implement and monitor recruitment processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance and support to new hires during the onboarding process
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, preferably in a high-volume environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
