Job Description

Prime Janitorial Service is seeking a seasoned Recruitment Specialist to drive our hiring process forward. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing top talent to fill critical roles within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
  • Sources, screens, and interviews candidates for open positions, using various channels and methods
  • Provides ongoing support to new hires during their first few months of employment
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and employment data
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, preferably in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
