Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Global Operations Director to lead our validation site initiatives, supporting business strategies and collaborating with manufacturing site leaders. This role involves coordinating strategic projects effectively, leveraging project management expertise, resource acquisition, budget tracking, and site compliance.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position requiring strong proficiency in Project Management, with at least 5 years' experience guiding complex projects. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building abilities, along with high personal integrity and credibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage expertise in project management to drive strategic projects forward
  • Collaborate with manufacturing site leaders and relevant business areas to coordinate project execution
  • Maintain and track project budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation
  • Foster a work environment based on trust, sharing, and collaboration, promoting enterprise goals
  • Work in regulated environments, applying knowledge of compliance and integration

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering field
  • Strong proficiency in Project Management, with over 5 years' experience guiding projects
  • Skill handling multiple responsibilities, priorities, tasks, and projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication skills (written, oral, presentation), negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to work toward enterprise goals, using influence rather than control, and fostering a work environment based on trust, sharing, and collaboration
  • Experience in regulated environments

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, considering the company's location and industry standards.
