At Qrc Group Llc, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the success of our organization.

About the Role

The Senior Process Engineer will be responsible for providing engineering support to the manufacturing areas related to process and product activities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support to Manufacturing engineering and quality areas
  • Participating on the evaluation of customer complaints, NCR Investigations, to provide technical support for process/product analysis for corrective and/or preventive actions during non-conformance investigations
  • Supporting and maintaining process or product validations and re-validation programs using local or divisional engineering resources
  • Generating validation protocols and reports for the qualification of process equipment or process changes
  • Developing and updating standard operating procedures for new and/or existing processes and equipment
  • Assisting and supporting in the implementation of new product introductions, existing product design modifications, manufacturing improvements giving direct assistance on change process as change control owner and/or action owner on local or divisional project
  • Providing technical training support to manufacturing personnel
  • Being the plant facility representative at Divisional level

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, making this an attractive opportunity for engineers looking to advance their careers. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of process engineering principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
