About the Role

We seek a highly skilled Process Development Principal Scientist with expertise in combination products or Medical Devices.

  • Develop and execute characterization and validation protocols.
  • Validate devices, assembly equipment, and packaging equipment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Doctorate degree and 3 years of scientific experience, or a Master's degree and 6 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Scientist).
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent technical writing skills.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy.
Compensation and Benefits

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional. We estimate the salary range for this position to be between $85,000 and $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
