We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Reservation Sales Agent to join our team at Nextcar Rental. As a key member of our contact center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products and services, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner, utilizing established telephone techniques and etiquette.
- Interact with customers by phone or computer to provide information about products and services, take orders, or handle and document complaints or escalations.
- Display courteous, professional customer service and sales skills that reflect positively upon the company.
- Sell company programs and services to customers in an effort to enhance customer experience, maximize sales opportunities, and meet service/sales targets set by management.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Two years of experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and maintenance of an acceptable driving record is required.
