Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in agile project management implementations in complex technology environments. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited university, is required.

We value certifications such as Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Manager (CPM), or ITIL Processes Certification, but they are not mandatory.

Job Description:

Program Delivery Overview

We are responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of new cloud-based applications from start to finish, including planning, risk management, resource allocation, monitoring progress, and communication with stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of application delivery by multiple teams, ensuring effective management of dependencies, complexity, planning, and alignment.
  • Resource allocation and coordination to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
  • Development of plans for resource allocation, timeline, and budget to drive overall project plan.
  • Regular review of resource utilization and addressing bottlenecks promptly.
  • Cross-project tasks management to align planning and execution across all squads and initiatives.
  • Use of tools like JIRA to facilitate squad implementations, changes, testing, and delivery.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvements through regular retrospectives.
  • Leading strategic planning sessions to ensure teams work aligned with program delivery goals and objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in agile project management implementations in complex technology environments.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Manager (CPM), or ITIL Processes Certification desirable.
