Job Description:

The Senior Data Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving business decisions by facilitating the gathering of business/functional requirements and supporting fraud systems implementation, operational processes, and applications. This involves standardizing process documentation, identifying solutions to improve efficiency and productivity, and conducting analytics and reporting for operational areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct rigorous data analyses employing statistical methods and mathematical models to derive insights from complex data sets.
  • Assist in the validation and testing of quantitative models to ensure accuracy and reliability of results.
  • Apply statistical theory and methods to collect, organize, interpret, and summarize numerical and text data to provide usable information.
  • Analyze data using statistical analysis software programs such as Python, R, SAS, Stata or SPSS.
  • Evaluate complex financial plans, operating records, and financial statements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in analytics with a strong background in statistical modeling and data analysis techniques.
  • Familiarity with BI tools, data visualization, and reporting methodologies.
