About Mbg's Tax Team

We are seeking a seasoned tax professional to join our dynamic team at Mbg. As a key member of our legal department, you will provide expert guidance on tax laws and regulations applicable to corporate clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Provide in-depth analysis and advice on tax implications of business transactions and corporate structures.
  • Review and draft contracts, agreements, deeds, and other legal documents with a focus on tax considerations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure seamless execution of tax strategies.
  • Represent clients in tax audits, disputes, and negotiations with tax authorities.
Requirements
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school or equivalent experience.
  • Admitted to the bar and licensed to practice law in relevant jurisdictions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Fully bilingual (English & Spanish).
  • Effective communication, writing, and negotiation skills.
  • Between 3-5 years of experience in tax, tax incentives, corporate law, contracts, civil law.
  • Knowledgeable in accounting and experience with tax returns is highly valued.
  • Detailed-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
