Tax Attorney Specialist

Mbg seeks a highly skilled Tax Attorney to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide expert guidance on tax laws and regulations, ensuring our corporate clients remain compliant.

1. Conduct comprehensive research on tax laws and regulations.
2. Provide in-depth analysis and advice on tax implications of business transactions and corporate structures.
3. Review and draft contracts, agreements, deeds, and other legal documents with a focus on tax considerations.
4. Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure effective execution of tax strategies.
5. Represent clients in tax audits, disputes, and negotiations with tax authorities.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school or equivalent experience.
• Admitted to the bar and licensed to practice law in relevant jurisdictions.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fully bilingual (English & Spanish).
• Effective communication, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Between 3-5 years of experience in tax, tax incentives, corporate law, contracts, civil law.
• Knowledgeable in accounting and experience with tax returns is highly valued.
• Detailed-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
