The ideal candidate will have a college degree in business or a closely related field and at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. You should be able to analyze financial reports and work effectively in a complex, fast-paced, multi-unit environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating district implementation plans based on trend analysis and local market knowledge
  • FOLLOWING UP consistently with team of store managers to ensure accountability to plans
  • Monitoring and managing district-wide management staffing levels
  • Ensuring store manager talent acquisition and development in order to achieve and maintain district operational requirements
