The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital marketing programs to ensure the profitability of performance marketing spend. This role requires a leader with a strong focus on performance media, at least 10 years of media planning and buying experience, and a proven track record of exceeding campaign KPIs. The VP/Director will be expected to manage a team, work closely with the analytics team, and serve as a central point of contact for clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, an analytical background, and at least 5 years' of experience in people management. Key responsibilities include overseeing the work of multiple channel specialists, building and maintaining relationships with media partners, and bringing innovative solutions to clients. The role demands a self-starter with excellent negotiation skills, deep industry relationships, and the ability to think strategically. The VP/Director will also be a leader through strength and stability, capable of problem-solving and effectively communicating with both clients and team members.
