General Description

Interact with customers to provide them with information in response to their inquiries ensuring that customers receive the best service possible.  Research and resolve their service-related problems in an accurate and promptly manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Serves and guides external and internal clients who visit the company's facilities or communicate by telephone.
  • Serves clients daily assigned by the PR Shift System and provides appointments if necessary.
  • Analyzes and updates information in the system related to customer accounts to process cancellations, transfers, unit registrations, or address service situations as presented.
  • Responsible for validating and offering cancellation balances, including balance letters to clients.
  • Ensures that customer addresses and information registered in the system are correct and up-to-date.
  • Prepares, manages, and processes documents related to your work area that will be sent via regular mail or email.
  • Assists and guides clients on the transfer process and requests.
  • Processes daily correspondence, as assigned, including certified correspondence, within the established control parameters.
  • Verifies that all documentation received from the client is correct and complete.
  • Responds to guides and channels customer requests, claims, or complaints received by mail or in person.
Education24-60 Bachelor's degree credits approved in Business Administration or related fieldsExperience

One year of experience in customer service or related.

Other Qualifications
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and the general public.
  • Ability to work with multiple tasks, under pressure and with deadlines.
  • Communication skills in English and Spanish (oral and written)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as: Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Basic knowledge in accounting is preferred
Work Schedule

Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Must have availability to work weekends and extended hours if necessary.
