What’s a typical day as an Accounting Clerk I? You’ll be:
• Reviewing orders initiated at stores to confirm process has been completed and closed.
• Assisting in reconciliation of POS payment collections from Stores with the General Ledger.
• Supporting the Store inventory count process, including confirming adjustments have proper root cause analysis and have been made at the system level.
• Providing support to Store Sales Representatives to address any potential discrepancies related to order processing.
• Researching and resolving discrepancies identified in orders.
• Identifying improvement opportunities in financial controls.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a BBA with a major in Accounting or Finance.
• Have at least two years of experience in the field or in a related area, preferably with audit-related experience.
• Are fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Have a strong knowledge of PC, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Have the ability to work in a matrix environment supporting Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial.
