Accounting Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Account Analysis and Reconciliation

Conduct thorough account analysis and reconciliation tasks to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.

Support for Balance Sheet Reconciliation

Assist with balance sheet reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of financial records.

Tax Preparation Support

Support tax preparation activities, including the preparation of tax returns and other financial documents.

Accounting Software Proficiency

Utilize QuickBooks or similar accounting software for data entry and record keeping.

Financial Concept Application

Apply knowledge of financial concepts to daily tasks, including account reconciliation and financial reporting.

Team Collaboration

Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate account reconciliation and financial record keeping.

Requirements:

Accounting Principles and Practices

Proficiency in accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and financial reporting.

Account Analysis and Reconciliation Experience

Experience with account analysis and balance sheet reconciliation is preferred.

Tax Procedures Knowledge

Familiarity with tax procedures and regulations is a plus.

Technical Skills

Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software and proficiency in financial concepts.

Attention to Detail
