What will you be doing?


Responsible for ensuring the organization's computer systems are well maintained and operate reliably.
Configure and maintain computers, servers, network, enterprise software and security systems. Perform
regular systems and security monitoring and managing backup procedures. Develop and maintain relevant
procedures and system standards. Ensuring hardware and systems work as expected and maintaining
archives and backup as needed.


Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical and programming support related to organization computer systems.
• Manage patches and upgrades to ensure that systems are maximally efficient and effective.
• Ensure all the systems are operating in optimal condition.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues during troubleshooting procedures. Communicate necessary
information to supervisors, as well as make suggestions for how to improve operations, as necessary.
• Establish faster business processes and intelligence by implementing analysis procedures to obtain
insights and ideas significant for the organization.
• Foster a reliable IT infrastructure and network ensuring functionality. The ability to coordinate
workflow is essential.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, 3-5 years of previous experience as a Database Administrator and
Programing with knowledge of business intelligence programs and platforms managing databases.

“Business Intelligence” programs and platforms that manage related databases. Sucha as Tableau, Power
BI, ILD/Unify, Microsoft SQL Management Studio, Microsoft Excel.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $30,000 to $40,000.

This job is also eligible for [bonus/incentive/commissions/equity] pay.
