Construction Project Manager
Puerto Rico
THE OPPORTUNITY
CIC Construction Group, a construction company with offices in North Carolina, Florida, and Puerto Rico, is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. This full-time, non-exempt position requires expertise in the construction sector and strong time management skills. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with a diverse range of professionals, including consultants, engineers, contractors, accountants, and operations personnel, fostering teamwork to deliver dynamic projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management within the construction industry.
Proficiency in computer skills and industry-standard software programs.
Strong knowledge of Procore and Primavera software
Familiarity with Touch Plan or similar task management software.
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task effectively and collaborate with a diverse project team.
The base salary for this position is competitive and aligned with the Puerto Rico marketplace. The exact salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience and and education. Details on company benefits will be provided and discussed with the selected candidate at a later stage.
LOCATION
Puerto Rico – Must be willing to travel to the assigned project site.
