Key Responsibilities
and Accountabilities
- Monitor project progress, timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Coordinate with global teams and stakeholders in Puerto Rico and globally
- Proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring project objectives are met.
- Support process automation initiatives and maintain effective stakeholder communication. Qualifications
- Minimum of seven (7) years of project management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, anticipate needs, and proactively resolve issues.
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience monitoring project budgets, schedules, deliverables, and overall performance.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
- Availability to work on-site.
- Previous experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) within the medical device industry.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, product assembly, or process automation projects.
- Experience coordinating global projects involving geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders. All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
