• Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service from entry to exit
• Create a positive impression through an energetic attitude, clear communication, and a professional appearance in accordance with the dress code
• Maintain a clean, organized store and backroom environment
• Advise customers, in person and by phone, on the use and features of technical fitness equipment
• Process transactions efficiently at the cash wrap
• Capture customer leads and manage sales opportunities through the company CRM
• Receive service requests and route them to the appropriate team member
• Support additional duties as assigned by store management Requirements
• Excellent sales and communication skills in both Spanish and English
• Ability to learn and retain detailed technical product information
• Punctual and reliable with a flexible availability, including Saturdays
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
