We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our Team. The selected candidate should know the sales cycle, have experience meeting the objectives and goals for the year, and be able to conduct both face-to-face and remote sales meetings; Identify and develop new business; maintain and grow existing customer relationships; deliver solutions that help clients achieve their business goals and close deals.
Responsibilities:
Serves the Puerto Rico market as the main market along with the US market as secondary.
Identify and offer new technology solutions to new businesses.
Maintains and grow business relationships with existing customer base.
Identifies clients and prospects needs and develops persuasive proposals to meet needs and opportunities.
Delivers effective sales meetings.
Maintains client communication and ensures client satisfaction.
Monitors competition to continually find new account leads.
Prepares and delivers proposals and send regular sales reports.
Support in solving any problem related to the sales process to clients.
Generates revenue and meets/exceeds established sales targets.
Qualifications:
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, both oral and written.
Experience and mastery of the sales cycle and customer service.
Adept at prospecting and using effective consultative selling principles and practices
Strong client service relationship-building skills
Basic knowledge in the domain of negotiation and closing.
Persuasive communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation
Independent; self-motivated; competitive; assertive
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to plan and organize, set priorities, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and social networking platforms
Flexibility and creativity
Professional appearance
Strong interpersonal skills
Availability to travel with in P.R & U.S.
Work Experience:
More than 3+ years of experience in direct sales to clients (B2B).
Experience in the field of technology solutions sales is preferred but not required.
More than 3+ years creating new accounts and proposals.
More than 3+ years working with sales quotas and pipelines.
More than 3+ years creating promotional and marketing campaigns.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Sales & Marketing/Administration/ Information Systems or related IT discipline or equivalent years of relevant.
Salary Range:
$50, $70,000 Base (experience consideration)
Plus, Commissions up to $375, PR/USA/Sales Unit Results)
