They are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Engineer Manager to join their dynamic team and play a pivotal role in the successful execution of their diverse construction projects. You will be instrumental in overseeing project progress, fostering strong subcontractor relationships, and ensuring seamless on-site operations.

In this key role, you will:
 * Proactively monitor the project schedule and establish clear, achievable weekly milestones for field personnel and subcontractors.
 * Strategically plan all work activities in close collaboration with subcontractors, developing and maintaining a coherent and efficient workflow.
 * Utilize your exceptional problem-solving skills to navigate challenges effectively and maintain smooth project progression.
 * Demonstrate your ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with a diverse project team, even under pressure to meet critical deadlines.
 * Conduct thorough daily site inspections to ensure timely material deliveries and overall adherence to the project plan.
 * Maintain detailed visual records through weekly project photographs, documenting all completed work on-site.
 * Provide strong supervision and coordination of personnel and subcontractors, ensuring strict compliance with project drawings, specifications, and the established schedule.
 * Proactively manage material and resource needs by submitting timely requisitions following established Work Order procedures, ensuring accurate documentation and budget adherence.
 * Oversee and coordinate all material deliveries to the site, utilizing provided requisitions to meet project requirements efficiently.
 * Rigorously supervise and ensure that all work performed by subcontractors meets or exceeds the company's high quality standards.

What Our Client Seeks in You:
 * A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
 * A minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrable experience in Project Management within the construction industry (desirable).
 * Strong proficiency in general computer skills and industry-standard software programs.
 * Solid knowledge of Procore software (desirable).
 * Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
 * Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and collaborate successfully within a diverse project team under pressure.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive working relationships.
 * A strong commitment to safety, quality, and achieving project excellence.
