Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather, prepare, and summarize store labor hours and provide weekly labor spending reports.
  • Work cross-functionally to create and maintain store labor allocation methodology.
  • Monitor store labor performance to identify trends and opportunities to improve productivity and customer experience.
  • Serve as the point of contact and subject matter expert for labor-related topics, including field requests, issue resolution, and training support.
  • Implement store reporting strategies, collaborating across diverse groups to support a suite of reporting tools for all field levels to enable compelling business insight and decision-making.
Requirements:
  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years experience in Store Finance/Labor Management, retail Operations, &/or multi-channel.
  • Strong presentation, listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly analytical.
  • Previous experience with labor forecasting is preferred.
  • Ability to influence all levels of the organization, including 3rd party vendors.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills with a flexible approach to shifting priorities of multiple projects.
  • Highly collaborative work approach with strong cross-functional and relationship-building skills.
