About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Tender Touch Rehab Services, Llc. As a PTA, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the PT in identifying patients who require rehabilitation services and referring them to our team. You will also be responsible for documenting patient progress in a timely and accurate fashion, obtaining co-signatures from the PT, and ensuring that all required documentation is completed according to state guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
  2. Assist the PT in identifying patients who require rehabilitation services and referring them to our team.
  3. Document patient progress in a timely and accurate fashion, obtaining co-signatures from the PT.
  4. Ensure that all required documentation is completed according to state guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited college with an A.S. in Physical Therapist Assistant, recognized by the APTA.
  • Current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant in-state, as applicable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
