Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Program Lead to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects related to transferring manufacturing processes, technologies, or products between facilities or locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and ten years of hands-on experience managing projects and/or programs of increasing complexity
  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) required
  • Grenn Belt / Black Belt Certification preferred
  • Scrum Master Certification preferred
  • Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in Project Management methodology required
  • Onsite position
  • Availability to travel to the Dominican Republic for site visits
