Program Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team and lead the development and implementation of projects related to transferring manufacturing processes, technologies, or products between facilities or locations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Build and manage high-performing teams to achieve project objectives
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate project progress and status
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and ten years of experience in program management
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
  • Grenn Belt / Black Belt Certification preferred
  • Scrum Master Certification preferred
  • Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in Project Management methodology required
  • Onsite position
  • Availability to travel to the Dominican Republic for site visits
