We specialize in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans for the global Amazon marketplaces. Our goal is to deliver exceptional results and make a lasting impact on the lives and businesses of our clients.

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Amazon Account Manager. This role requires a strong understanding of Amazon Seller and Vendor Central, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a portfolio of 10 clients and aim to achieve a high retention rate.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships through clear and concise communication.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all client accounts.
  • Conduct bi-weekly strategy calls with clients to discuss results and upcoming strategies.
  • Brainstorm and implement strategies to grow client accounts on Amazon and manage client expectations.
  • Report on and strategize account progress and action items.
  • Develop and implement promotional plans and strategies.
  • Delegate the resolution of client account issues through troubleshooting and opening cases with Seller Support.
  • Work within software platforms such as Zonguru.

**Team Collaboration:

  • Assign team members to clients based on skills, expertise, and client portfolios.
  • Develop a comprehensive training program for Junior Account Managers.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in collaboration with Strategists.

**Client Satisfaction:

  • Conduct regular check-ins with teams to assess client progress, address issues, and identify new strategies.
  • Encourage clients to provide feedback on their experience, ensuring satisfaction and continuous improvement.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Development, Management, or other related studies.
  • 2+ years with client account management.
  • 2+ years digital marketing or eCommerce experience.
  • 1+ year experience with Amazon Seller and or Vendor Central.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relations.
  • Active listening and the ability to understand client needs.
  • Proactive, go-getter mindset who functions well within a team setting but can work independently.
