Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

As a Project Scheduling Expert at Flexible & Integrated Technical Services, LLC, you will be responsible for creating, monitoring, and analyzing project schedules in accordance with best project practices. Your tasks will include tracking, analyzing, and reporting information to enable project teams to manage their projects effectively and evaluate weekly reports. You will also ensure accuracy of project schedules and perform version control, coordinate project schedules, tasks, meeting updates, and efficient distribution of reports, develop and report Project Executive Status, review contractor payment applications against contract terms and actual project progression, and support Project Manager with Project Change Management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, monitor, and analyze project schedules in accordance with best project practices.
  • Track, analyze, and report information to enable project teams to manage their projects effectively and evaluate weekly reports.
  • E nsure accuracy of project schedules and perform version control.
  • Coordinate project schedules, tasks, meeting updates, and efficient distribution of reports.
  • Develop and report Project Executive Status.
  • Review contractor payment applications against contract terms and actual project progression.
  • Support Project Manager with Project Change Management activities.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Life Science with more than five years of exposure in Scheduling roles within the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device Industry. Experience in MS Project Software and Master Schedule development is also required. Additionally, you should be able to treat everyone you meet like family, especially our resources, clients, and team members, being a customer service pro, full of bright ideas and eager to innovate, always bringing top-quality results to the table.
