Job Title: Project Coordinator - Capital Projects Specialist

About the Role: As a Project Coordinator - Capital Projects Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring EHS by Design review and process completion for projects. You will also support Planning and Scheduling processes, provide scope of works for associate work to request proposals from contractors, suppliers, vendors, and facilitate risk assessments for project construction activities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure EHS by Design review and process completion for projects
  • Support Planning and Scheduling processes
  • Provide scope of works for associate work to request proposals from contractors, suppliers, vendors
  • Facilitate risk assessments for project construction activities
  • Coordinate construction activities, track document completion, and ensure work permits are coordinated with Project owners/managers
  • Maintain an action log as part of meetings and coordinate construction windows with area owners/managers
  • Document agreements and plans, provide project updates, and ensure issues are identified and change management process followed

About You:

We are looking for a skilled Project Coordinator - Capital Projects Specialist with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and at least 5 years of exposure in project engineering. You should have excellent communication skills, bilingual in Spanish and English, and experience in Installation projects for inspection equipment, Capital Projects Coordination of fieldwork, and all project phases from initiation to completion.
