Job Title: Operations Director

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and smooth functioning of a facility by overseeing maintenance and regular evaluations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and supervise cleaning and maintenance activities using CMMS software.
  • Evaluate the condition of equipment and systems on a regular basis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain adequate lighting throughout the facility, ensuring it meets safety standards.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of equipment working conditions.
  • Direct and oversee the work of other staff members and evaluate their performance regularly.
Key Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC, OSHA, Plumbing, Masonry, and EPA principles.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities.

Estimated Annual Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000 per year.
