Service Desk Role Overview

The Service Desk Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring seamless IT support for Nuc University's products and services. This position is responsible for delivering first-level problem resolution, recording incidents, and escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective resolution of first-level problems and incidents.
  • Communicate clearly with end-users to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences or related field.
  • At least two years of experience in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish, oral and written.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules as required.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
