Responsibilities:
• Install and repair services for residential customers
• Perform basic to complex installations, disconnects, downgrades, and upgrades
• Educate customers on proper use of Spectrum services and equipment
• Work independently with minimal supervision, using hand tools and navigating various working conditions
• Build relationships with customers and internal teams
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Problem-solving skills with technical aptitude
• Excellent communication and professionalism skills
• Ability to work in a variety of conditions and locations
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
