Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Own and maintain CX Maps, Digital Message Maps, Digital Asset Catalogue, and Digital Agency Roadmaps.
- Develop operational plans for campaign execution, set metrics, and measurement plans.
- Work closely with Marketing Intelligence to monitor campaign performance and optimize channel and content based on performance.
- Translate data into actionable insights to enhance customer experience.
- Lead campaigns/campaign elements through medical, legal, regulatory reviews.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience in healthcare, consumer packaged goods, financial services, or at a digital agency.
- Complete understanding of digital marketing with an analytics and test-and-learn mindset.
- Ability to think big picture and manage execution of multiple tactics.
