We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at Puerto Rico Boutique Hotels. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, managing the front desk operations, and ensuring that our hotel runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Respond to phone calls and emails from guests and resolve their inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays and interactions
- Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guests
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and data entry
- Knowledge of hotel management systems (Cloudbeds) a plus
